The bathroom is modern, and offers amenities. The large living room has a flat 48" flat-screen TV and can accommodate 3 extra guests in the sleeper couches. Fully equipped kitchen with bar and/or dining area and table for 5. Enjoy views on the bay from the southern facing private balcony, facing away from the city center which is much more pleasant. Apartment has its own washer and dryer, as well as ironing equipment.
• No smoking • No pets • No parties or events Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed. Security Deposit A $300 temporary hold will be placed on your credit card prior to arrival. This is not a charge and will be fully released after departure, provided the property is left undamaged and all building policies are respected. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review our strict house policies before booking: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (no loud music, TV, or voices). No parties, events, smoking, or open flames (including candles) anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed. Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 5 guests at all times. Please Note: The building utilizes 24/7 hallway camera surveillance. Violations of occupancy or house rules may result in immediate eviction by building security without a refund, and local authorities will be contacted if necessary. Registration & Check-In Requirements To comply with building security, the primary guest must submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to arrival to activate the elevator access fobs. We also require the first and last names of all other guests in your party to register them with the front desk concierge, no documents required for other guests.
